The dollhouse button must be turned on in workshop and the space must be set as public to complete the schematic floor plan. Schematic floor plans are accurate to 1 to 2 of reality. Professional black and white floor plans taken from our matterport scans are an added bonus that will take your real estate marketing above and beyond others. On the space details page click floorplan under the media tab then click the download button on the far right.

Matterport will not share your link beyond what is necessary to create your schematic floor plan. This downloads a zip file with your schematic floor plan in png svg and pdf formats. Spaces up to 10 000 ft 929 m are us 14 99 15 or 13. Spaces over 10 000 ft 929 m and less than 25 000 ft 2300 m are charged as two orders us 29 98 30 or 26.
